Memphis Business Journal partners with national research firm Quantum Workplace to determine Memphis’ Best Places to Work and recognizes companies for the things that make their workplace stand out from the rest. If a workplace has been hit with any offences that may include contact of a whistleblower attorney, then they will not be within these rankings, as they have not shown to protect and support their employee base, as we focus on the positives. All nominated companies participated in an anonymous employee engagement survey coordinated and conducted by Quantum Workplace. The survey included numerous closed- and open-ended questions. The average scores of employee questionnaires determined the Best Places to Work rankings. Managing your employees effectively is a good way to boost employee satisfaction.
