Caughman presented the 2017 Jeanette Rainey Award

Jay Caughman was recently presented the 2017 Jeanette Rainey Volunteer of the Year Award by the City of Barlett for Outstanding Performance on the Bartlett Planning Commission.
Jay is a registered land surveyor with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Survey Engineering. He has 26 years of experience and has been with Allen & Hoshall since 1996. His City of Bartlett Volunteer efforts include:
• 15 years Planning Commission, chairman
• 4 years Bartlett Police Department, reserve officer
• 2 years Bartlett Historical Preservation Commission
He is also a member of the governor appointed Board of Examiners for Land Surveying.
