Surveying the Memphis In May BBQ Cooking Contest

Allen & Hoshall supported the Memphis in May organization’s 2017 World Champion BBQ Cooking Contest at Tom Lee Park by volunteering to ‘stake-out’ all 240+booths. In preparation of the staking, our surveyors used Trimble R-10 RTK units to map the entire park for organizers to place each BBQ cooking contest participant’s booth. Once designed, our team returned to the park to stake each corner to allow each participant to easily identify their exact BBQ booth location.
