TDOT Region II Headquarters Complex

Allen & Hoshall is providing design, permitting, bidding and construction administration services to develop the new Region 2 Headquarters complex on Enterprise S. Blvd..

The Colonnade

The project included space utilization studies and plans; interior design packages for major tenants; permitting; seismic design; sustainable design; planning, design development, design documents and construction administration. This facility houses the Corporate Headquarters of Allen & Hoshall as well.

Tom Lee Park

Allen & Hoshall provided complete master planning, engineering and landscape architecture design for Tom Lee Park, a 30-acre park on the riverfront in Downtown Memphis.

TraVure Development

Allen & Hoshall provided a 3D-Model of the $90 million, 10-acre development which includes a five-story office building — the tallest structure in the city — plus two hotels, retail space, and a parking garage. The site includes extensive landscaping and a labyrinth meditation garden on the back of the garage to separate it from nearby residents.

Tunica County Airport

Allen & Hoshall performed the design and construction administration for multiple open end contracts with Tunica County Airport.

Tunica National Residential Development

Allen & Hoshall provided engineering services for the development of Tunica National.

Tupelo Aquatic Center

Allen & Hoshall provided engineering services for the new indoor aquatic facility which will accommodate 600 swimmers and 900 spectators.

TVA Energy Audits and Improvements

Allen & Hoshall is providing energy engineering services to the Tennessee Valley Authority to meet the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA 2007) 42 U.S.C. 8253(f)(3)(A) energy and water evaluations on agencies “covered facilities” that represent 75% of total facility energy use.

University City Energy Program

Allen & Hoshall provided Level II energy audit services for The City of University City municipal buildings.

University of Memphis Collierville Campus

Allen & Hoshall provided civil and structural engineering services for the new University of Memphis Collierville Campus located at the former Collierville Middle School site. The project included the demolition of 5 existing building totaling 49,500 sq. ft. to make room for the new 27,500 sq. ft. education facility, parking, and site improvements.
