Women and Children’s Pavilion at Methodist Lebonheur Germantown Hospital

Allen & Hoshall provided engineering design services for the new Women and Children’s Pavilion at Methodist LeBonheur Germantown Hospital. The project consisted of a major campus addition including a parking garage, a new pavilion, and various renovations.

The first phase of the projects involved the design and construction of a new 660-space parking garage. The second phase included the addition of a 4-floor, 200,000 sq. ft. pavilion to the current campus housing women’s, children’s, engineering, environmental, and educational services. The final phase involved the renovation of the vacated areas which were made available by the relocation of various services. The project was the first healthcare facility in Tennessee certified LEED Gold.

Allen & Hoshall also provided engineering services for the first expansion project which included a 58,000 sq. ft. medical office facility, an addition of 72,000 sq. ft. to the hospital, and of renovation of 20,000 sq. ft of the existing hospital.
